U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is again processing I-129 forms used for H-2B petitions for temporary non-agricultural workers.
As I previously reported, the USCIS suspended processing of these forms in March while it decided how to respond to a court order.
The court order vacated a portion of the rule that established the manner in which the U.S. Department of Labor determined prevailing wages.
