The form is the I-912, Petition for Waiver of Fees, and will be available starting today - the same day the new immigration processing fees go into effect.

The new form identifies the requirements for substantiating and documenting a fee waiver request. The form's instructions also provide information on the methodology USCIS uses to evaluate applications.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
