U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) has extended its hours of operation to better serve the public.
The new schedule now includes Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
Agents will be available to answer your questions live Monday through Friday from 8 am - 8 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.
