USCIS offices and immigration court to close on December 24

All government agencies and offices, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and immigration court, will be closed on Monday, December 24, 2018 by executive order.

President Trump declared that all federal departments and agencies will remain closed that day.

Any interviews scheduled by government offices for that day will be rescheduled. Affected individuals will be notified of the new dates for their appointments.

If you programmed a InfoPass or another appointment, you should schedule a new appointment on your own as soon as possible.

The USCIS Contact Center will be open on December 24 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, but with limited assistance.
