U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that effective January 12, 2013, toll-free telephone assistance service hours are extended to include Saturdays.
National Customer Support Center (NCSC) hours of operation will now be Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, local time.
Individuals who need assistance regarding immigration services and benefits offered by USCIS may call the toll-free number on Saturdays from anywhere in the country. Customer service representatives will be able to answer routine questions about issues related to immigration services and benefits, including how to order forms and processing times.
If a person has questions about more complex aspects of their case, it is recommended that they call the NCSC Monday through Friday for access to immigration agents.
