In order to facilitate the user experience when scheduling appointments online, the government has implemented a series of improvements to its electronic InfoPass system.
Starting today, the InfoPass electronic system incorporates new features that will make it easier to schedule an appointment at a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office.
Among the improvements:
- mapping feature that makes it easier to find a local office in the United States
- a new e-mail address: my.uscis.gov/en/appointment
- an improved visual style that is consistent with the rest of the uscis.gov/en
