This week marks the third anniversary of my collaboration as an attorney for the immigration segment of Telemundo's "Un Nuevo Día".
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the producers of the program and especially Mr. Fernando Almánzar, in charge of the immigration segments of "Un Nuevo Día" for allowing me to inform, answer questions and clarify doubts of the audience on this topic.
This week, I was live from Telemundo's studios in Miami to explain what the cancellation of removal law for undocumented immigrants is and how it works and to analyze the case of Jose Emiliano Aguilar, a U.S. citizen and son of singer Pepe Aguilar, who was detained at the border and is accused of trying to illegally enter four undocumented immigrants in the trunk of his car.
