Several of the customer service tools on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) website will be unavailable on Sunday, December 2, 2018.
USCIS will once again be performing maintenance work on its electronic system. On this occasion, the service interruption will be from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
During this time, the following tools of the USCIS website will not be available:
- Status of my case
- On-line consultation (E-request)
- Online address change
- Processing times
- Physician locator
- FOIA request status check
- Office locator
- Forms by mail
