Several of the customer service tools on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) website will be unavailable today, Thursday, August 10, 2017.
USCIS will once again be performing maintenance work on its electronic system. This time, the service interruption will be from 9:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time).
During this time, the following tools of the USCIS website will not be available:
* Status of my case
* On-line consultation (E-request)
* Online change of address
* Processing times
* Locate of physicians
* Verification of the status of FOIA requests
* Office locator
* Forms by mail
