Downtown Vermont Helpline out of service

Due to maintenance work, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will discontinue operation of its Vermont Service Center (VSC) Customer Helpline.

From 8 a.m. today until 8 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Thursday, February 11, the service will be unavailable. Voice messages will also be unavailable.

The Client Helpline is only available to immigration attorneys and federally accredited representatives. Once the Helpline is restored your authorized legal representatives will again be able to obtain updates on pending U and T visa cases and VAWA petitions.

Persons who do not have an immigration attorney or federally accredited representatives should continue to contact the VSC in writing only. Be sure to sign any documents you send. You may send your correspondence to the following address:
