Citizenship and Immigration Services will perform electronic system maintenance on Thursday, February 11, from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. EST.
During those three hours, users will not have access to several of the online tools and will have to wait until the maintenance is completed before being able to use the service.
The following tools on the www.uscis.gov website will not be available:

On-line consultation (E-request)
Online address change
Processing times
Physician locator
FOIA request status check
Office locator
Forms by mail
