People continue to have questions about who qualifies for immigration benefits under President Barack Obama's Executive Action.
I understand that many people want to be able to qualify for the new Deferred Action for Parental Accountability (DAPA) or benefit from the extension of the DAPA program. Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) (DACA), but it is important to keep in mind that not everyone will be able to receive the protection of these programs.
