The announcement that the new unlawful presence waiver regulations will go into effect on March 4, 2013, is cause for much optimism for immigrants who want to legalize their status in the United States.
But the announcement also raised many questions and doubts. This afternoon, I was interviewed by MundoFox 22 in Los Angeles to clarify some of those doubts.

Although the date on which the new regulations will go into effect is already known, we do not yet have all the details of the process. As soon as they become known, I will inform you immediately.
